Tattoos, Body art, Body Painting-Self Expression-Friend or Foe

Now personally I don’t have a tattoo although I have been thinking of getting one. My wife has a small heart just above her right breast that you normally can’t see. I like it there and if you are wanting to get a tattoo, there are many things to consider.

First you need to be tattoo smart. By that I mean you need to do a little research on them. There are many resources across the internet that can give you ideas about placement, coloring, style, design, and pro’s and con’s. From personal observation, I have noticed that certain places on the body can add to your appearance and seductivity and other places can be distracting. Depending on whether you are in the spotlight or just behind the scenes, you need to know how a tattoo will affect your everyday activities.

Most of society has begun to accept tattooing and generally don’t make a big deal about them. I myself, think they add a certain flair to your personality. They are a way of expressing who you are and how you feel about yourself. Remember, they are a permanent part of your body afterwards. They can be very enticing or they can be ridiculous. Some people have made it their objective to completely cover their entire body with tattoos. I don’t really care for this type of practice but, if that is what you want to do this, then go for it.

When and if you decide to get a tattoo, by doing the research first you will be able to make a well informed decision as to where and how you want to display your new form of self expression. Whether they are in the form of flowers, butterflies, animals, and even people, they can add to your self worth. Many of us would like to express ourselves everyday but, we just don’t how. You can through the form of a tattoo.

If you decide to go ahead and purchase a tattoo, please remember that they are expensive to install and remove depending on the size and location. Although they can be removed, there is the possibility of some tissue damage and discoloration.

I am no expert on tattoos and if I was going get one I definitely would research the subject first.

Temporary tattoos designs pictures gallery ideas lower back for Designing your custom tattoo is as simple as submitting the logo you already use and including information like your address, website and social media sites. But there are a few things to keep in mind when designing a temporary tattoo business card. Make sure to take full advantage of every element a temporary tattoo has to offer by keeping these two things in mind:

1. Full-color logo on the front -

A corner store front: $7500 a month. Ad in the local paper: $125. Your logo as a temporary tattoo: priceless. A temporary tattoo in and of itself draws attention, whether it is applied or not. It sparks interest and conversation. This is why it's a great (and inexpensive) tool for promoting your brand.

Generally, printers of temporary tattoos use a 4-color process. This means that you won't pay extra for color and the logo on the front of your tattoo will be your custom business colors.

2. Custom back - A little known fact is that the back of the tattoo is just as customizable as the front. Take full advantage of this by including the company address, website and social media information. Keep in mind that this information will appear in black and white, not color like the front.

Most temporary tattoo business cards are not meant to be applied. After all, who really wants to wear the GEICO gecko or the picture of a local real estate agent? Some may apply the tattoo for fun, but most will leave it on their desk, post it on a bulletin board or give it to a friend. Temporary tattoos are fun and unique: that is why they're kept and passed around. As a marketing tool, that equals more impressions.

Beckham has had several pieces of ink added to his back over the years. They include:

Brooklyn - the name of his first-born son runs across his lower back.

Romeo - the name of his second son sits just below the base of his neck.

Cruz - the name of his third son is placed just below the winged figure.

Guardian Angel - this is how Beckham has described the figure with arms outstretched that sits between his shoulder blades. This tattoo was later expanded to include larger wings.

Winged Cross - Beckham was in the midst of the 2004 World Cup when he had his UK tattooist, Louis Malloy, flown in to do this piece on the back of his neck. The British fans' reactions were a bit mixed, with some saying this tattoo and his shaved head made Beckham look like a hooligan.

Chinese Characters - this one is the very latest tattoo (revealed March '08), coming close on the heels of the full left forearm he had done in early 2008. Sources say the tattoo seen running down the left side of his torso on his ribs is Mandarin Chinese and reads 'Death and life have determined appointments, Riches and honors depends upon heaven.

Tattoo Ideas

Tattoo ideas are an important part of the body art process. The preparation you do before your actual tattooing procedure can often determine whether your tattoo will look cool or majorly suck.
You must choose a tattoo design that has significance to you.
Even the best tattoo designs can be horribly manipulated by an inexperienced and incompetent tat artist.

Tattoo Ideas

And if you think a bad-looking tattoo is the worst thing you can get you’re sorely mistaken. It’s a good idea to go down to the shop and check out stuff and make sure it’s clean. (A good tattoo parlor won’t mind…and a bad one? Well you don’t want to be there in the first place.).Remember it’s the artist’s job to turn your tattoo ideas into reality!!
