Most of the donations are from men who want to sleep with her:
The donations have increased since Anthony was acquitted in the death of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee last week, the records show. For the record:
As of today, Anthony has $472.18 in her bank account, nearly $200 more than what was in her account the day she received the verdict. One stranger donated $100 this week.
The average balance in an Orange County jail inmate’s account is $36.30.
The donors range in age from men as young as 19, to middle aged women, and to men in their late fifties. Some are bankers and others have criminal pasts including charges of aggravated assault and sex offenses. The donations have come from across the country and from Canada. Some donors have deposited multiple money orders over the past few months.
One donor even offered Anthony a place to stay when she leaves jail on Sunday.
1. Young men are donating money because they believe it would be exciting to sleep with a murderer.I am confident all three of these groups believe she is guilty of murdering Caylee, too, but that is irrelevant in this day and age of personal feelings trumping all other issues. Not that I do not believe Casey will cash in on her notoriety. She strikes me as more the adult film star type than a one night stand for a hapless teenager, plaything for a some middle-aged pervert, or someone who can fake an appreciation for the misguided sympathy of bored housewives.
2. Middle aged men think she is desperate enough to enjoy their financial security in exchange for sex.
3. Middle-aged women are sympathetic because they feel she has been victimized.
