Well, that's not very funny.
A 22-year old New Yorker named James Whittemore has been arrested for breaking into and trashing an entrance at the Ed Sullivan Theater, where the Late Show With David Letterman is currently filmed.
NBC New York reports that, early Sunday morning, Whittemore pried open a metal bar outside the historic theater's entrance; he allegedly smashed glass panels on the doors and overturned stanchions in the lobby.
